Jan's Birthday Bash

It was that time of the year again, the 25th of January. So we called up a few friends and headed down to our favourite restaurant, Telawi Street Bistro, for a right royal evening of gastronomic delights. We were fortunate to have Vicky & Maynard staying with us for a few days (friends from Korea University days who have been working in Bangkok but who are heading home to Canada in a couple of weeks). We were also lucky that Bob Hudson was over from Kerteh on the east coast for some weekend meetings (Bob and his wife, Frances, were our neighbours in Dungun). And of course we have to keep sweet with the boss, so Chris Frankland & his partner, Paul, were also there (seriously though, they are good friends and we often go out to dinner with them. You will remember they came for Christmas lunch). Oh, and I almost forgot, there was Husni our favourite waiter, keeping everything organised.
We had a great evening and believe me it was hard to get up and go to work the next day!!!!
