What a week end!!!!

Well the wedding went off without a hitch. No, that's not true. Laura & Randall got hitched! Sorry, couldn't resist that one. Seriously, the weather was fine and not too cold. The Prince Alfred School Chapel was a lovely setting. The bride looked like a princess, as Sarah said, and the groom scrubbed up pretty well too. The flower girls, Jasmine and Tamika performed their task beautifully and the bride & groom's assistants were there when they were needed. People came from far and wide to help make it a very memorable occasion.

We had a reception in the evening at the British Hotel in North Adelaide and several speeches were made and the evening was kept moving by Sean's admirable MCing. There was cake cutting and a very nice first dance by the newlyweds. Everybody enjoyed themselves and the happy couple were given a rousing send off to spend their first night at an undisclosed destination.

The next day we had a family get together at Randall & Laura's new house.
