Last night we celebrated with our friends in our new home an end of semester, house warming and summer party. We've managed to get all our boxes unpacked in the last 2 weeks and it was time to invite our friends over as we all wind down to the end of our academic year.
Next week is the beginning of the mass exodus of expats to their home countries as we all enjoy a 10 week break from the College and it'll be almost 3 months before the students return to their studies.
The theme of the night was 'Hats' and most people got into the spirit of the evening and wore a hat that had a story behind it. During the evening they were expected to tell their story to the people they were chatting to. We had hats from Iran, Indonesia, Turkey, Australia as well as a 'Bobby' hat and elegant coiffure.
A good evening was had by all and we're now looking forward to our leave and meeting up with you all down in OZ, NZ and in the UK.
