Yes! This week has flown past with new classes started although we are still in Ramadan mode. That means only 35 minute lessons and no morning tea break. We have a nice bunch of students who seem to be settling in well. Ramadan finishes next week end and then we have a week's break for Eid. After that, it's back to 50 min lessons with a 30 min breakfast break.
Mike, Liz & Louisa will be here next Thursday afternoon and we are both looking forward to seeing them and showing them around our part of the world. We're going to Dubai on Sunday and staying the night and then they're off to England on Monday morning.
Unfortunately, Jan's Mum's back in hospital again although nothing too serious. Get well soon Nanny!!!
Spoke to Laura, Randall & Isaac this afternoon and they are going well apart from some nasty colds. Isaac is walking well now and recognises us on the computer screen. Spoke to Sean too and he says all are well. All three children had immunizations earlier in the week and were very brave! Will try and talk to them tomorrow as the girls were at swimming lessons when we rang and Angus was in bed. Will also try and catch up with Darius, Kristi and Lucian tomorrow. A very bizarre think happened last weekend when Darius & Laura both sent me the same Father's day e-card!
Jan & I are having a quiet weekend this week and catching up with a few odd jobs, like working out what's new in i-tunes 9 which we've both just downloaded. Looks like we can share our music better now!
