
This week was a momentous occasion as Ron finally got to label and then taste his home brewed beer. It's been bubbling away in the laundry for the last 4 weeks and finally the Bavarian Lager fermentation process was deemed as being done !!! I guess you want to know what it's like?
Well the verdict is pretty darn good!!!
You'll have to come up to KL quickly if you want to sample the exquisite taste of a good year and a fine brew. Thanks Darius and Kristi for setting him up with the bottles and brewing extract sent all the way from Oz. We're hoping that we can talk Mum into bringing up another in her suitcase when she comes in a few weeks time.

It was a great night of food, wine, dancing and socialising with those from the United Kingdom. Bob, as a Scotsman, wore his kilt so it was hilarious to see him and all the other male Scots on the dance floor swirling around in their skirts!!! I danced with a man in a skirt. They brought over a harpist from Wales who played during pre dinner drinks as well as a group from Birmingham called the 'Blues Brothers' who were really entertaining, and they even

Yes more Bavarian Ale is on the way, and some good ole ginger beer. Congrats on the new brew dad, i hope the next one goes just as well.
