From Copenhagen we caught a night train to Amsterdam. The train we were on was a German train and it displayed the World Cup Logo. We travelled through the night in Germany and then transferred to another train at 6am before we hit the World Cup Fever of Amsterdam. Buildings were decorated as well as displays of the Dutch teams colours in nearly all the windows.

We went to an exhibition to celebrate Rembrant's 400th year and saw some of his paintings recently discovered and all displayed in a house he lived and worked in for 20 years of his life. We took a canal trip and visited The Hague and the Delft Pottery factory, famous for it's handmade and painted pottery. We then flew out of Amsterdam and back to KL after a very interesting couple of weeks, lots of memories and headed for our favourite place to have our roti breakfast and a good dose of curry.
