Kitaro Concert

Flicking through the local paper late yesterday afternoon, Jan came across an article about the recent (Friday night) concert of Kitaro. "Oh, heck," she said, "I wish I'd known he was here!" Then exclaimed, "He's got another concert tonight! I wonder if there are any spare tickets?"

To cut a long story short, she immediately got onto the Genting website and managed to snap up the last two tickets!! The time was now 6PM and the concert started at 8PM and we had to get changed and get up to Genting. Made it with 20 mins to spare and even had time for a bowl of noodles before the concert started. It was a 'blast'!!!! The man is fantastic! Couldn't hear much for 20 mins afterwards, but I didn't care. We had a coffee and a piece of Toblerone chocolate cake while we waited for the crowds to disperse and then wound our way back down the hill and home. Slept well and will have a quiet day today.
